I have decided to start a new series of blog posts (and hopefully some vlogs) in which I interview millennial entrepreneurs and business owners. According to Forbes 62% of millennial's have considered starting their own business, linking back to a previous post I wrote 80% of millennial's have a side hustle so I want to see what everyone is up to. Also to inspire you to make your dreams a reality.
I caught up with the boys from Flavours of Nature, Kaine, Jordan, Kaiden and Nyanzah. Flavours of Nature is a Nottingham based smoothie and juicing business who make 100% natural products with no added preservatives. Flavours of Nature have been up and down the country attending various events and already have loyal customers and a good social media following.
Why are you passionate about your business?
We are passionate about our business because its different to other businesses in the market at the moment, all of our products are 100% natural. Most of our products are vegan friendly so we are appealing to a wider audience.
What are you hoping to achieve in 2019?
We want to attend as many events as possible and to get the brand known across the whole of the UK. We have plans to retail our products in shops starting with our hometown, so keep your eyes peeled for Flavours of Nature in a shop near you!
What does success mean to you?
Success to us in the short term is to get more people to buy our products, in the long term we would like to turn our business into a charity. We want to work with primary schools to push healthier eating. We are a community focused business and want to give back to our community and encourage change.
What is the best business advice you've ever been given?
The best business advice we've ever been given is to keep trying and never give up.
